Hardware
Almost any TV plus a small media player (typically under $60). We hand you the exact shopping list — you buy it, you own it, no markup from us.
Can we use the TVs we already have?
Usually, yes. If it has an HDMI input and turns on reliably, it can be a signage screen. We'll tell you honestly during the walkthrough which of your TVs are worth keeping and which should retire.
How do we update what's on the screen?
From any browser — phone, tablet, or computer. Change a price, swap a photo, save. The screen updates within seconds. Or send it to us: small tweaks are included in the monthly fee, larger redesigns are quoted up front.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Screens keep showing their current content — your menu doesn't go blank because the connection blipped. Updates resume automatically when the network comes back, and we get an alert either way.
Do we need special signage hardware or boxes?
No. Standard TVs plus small, cheap media players that we specify. No proprietary black boxes, no per-box licensing from a manufacturer, and no hardware bought from us at a markup — you purchase everything from the shopping list we give you.
